Delete your Pass the Parrot account
In the app (fastest)
- Open Pass the Parrot and tap My Parrot.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email LARKsupport@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and your parrot's @handle. Because accounts have no email or password, we will ask you to confirm from the app if you still can; otherwise we delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your parrot's profile, every voice message and move you sent or received, your friends and requests, your Seeds and items, and your notification address. Reports you made are deleted too. A report someone else made about you is kept for up to one year for safety, then deleted. Deleting can't be undone, and Seeds or items can't be restored.
